As founders of Full Speed Ventures, we have a combined Venture Capital experience of over three decades. We have worked with amazing founders, some of which grew their companies to over $1bn in value and some are on the way to get there. To achieve that, we think long-term and support our companies through multiple rounds. We also stand behind our founders – it’s a relationship based on trust, respect and alignment of goals.

Senior Investment Team

We invest in strong teams. It’s only natural, that we represent the same. Members of our team have built their experience in leading US and European VC funds and have earned their degrees in top US schools. But above all, we are friends and partners.

Wojciech Fedorowicz, Founding Partner

Executive and investor with over 18 years of experience, including eight years as Managing Partner at TDJ Pitango Ventures and working closely with Pitango, a leading Israeli VC. Previously gained consumer-focused business experience as a CEO of Gerlach and VP at Gino Rossi group where he led global expansion. Lived and worked in Silicon Valley. Holds an MBA degree from Stanford University. Sports climber, carpenter.

Daniel Star, Founding Partner

20 years of venture investments experience gained as Managing Partner at Intel Capital in Israel/CEE region and TDJ Pitango Ventures. Worked with numerous companies, including AVG and Radvision. Prior to that lived in Silicon Valley, working closely with biggest technology corporations on behalf of Intel. Earlier as an engineer, responsible for the development of 8088 Intel chipset. Always smiling and positive. Vegan.

Aleksandra Byrka, Investment Director (CFA)

Investment professional with 6 years of experience in M&A and 5 years in Venture Capital, gained through roles in investment boutiques and as part of the M&A team at Grant Thornton, where she supported owners in the sale of their companies to industry investors, as well as by applying her investment process know-how at LT Capital VC fund. A Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), trail runner and yoga practitioner.
